Cabinet leases on the second floor  are $1,000/month, which includes 52 Amps of A & B power.
Cabinet leases in the basement room are $900/month, which includes 30 Amps of A & B power.

Protocols

  • LCOG has instituted a cross-connection policy. Historically cross-connects were made by tenants in coordination with other relevant tenants. This created inconsistency in and a certain liability in cross-connections. Following is LCOG’s Cross Connection policy:
    • All cross-connects will be processed through the following cross connect portal.
    • All cross-connects (unless otherwise indicated) will have a $75 NRC base fee assessed and a $25/per additional X-connect (per order). The NRC will be added to tenant’s regular lease invoices.
    • LCOG staff will provide cabling if the connection is SM LC/LC UPC/UPC or SM LC/LC UPC/UPC and will run cross connects from cabinet top to cabinet top (coiled at each end, unless one end terminates in the Meet-Me cabinet- in which case LCOG can clean and terminate (though we will not test)). If a different patch cable is needed, the tenant can either furnish their own cable or LCOG can custom order the cable (There may be additional fees associated).
    • LCOG will require 48-hour notice. In most cases we can meet this but do not guarantee a 2-day response
    • The new X-connect protocols/fee do not yet apply to EUGNet cross-connections. Please continue to reach out to LCOG staff to provide these X-connects.
